AUSTIN, TX – Jan. 11, 2016 – GirlPower Fitness today announces its offering of Virtual Personal Training. Now anyone can train with GirlPower Fitness’s owner, Whitney Wood Otstott, regardless of location, and reap the benefits of her personal training expertise.

GirlPower Fitness is a unique personal training studio that offers a multitude of fitness formats, including bootcamp, suspension training, strength, Pilates, yoga, barre, pre- and post-natal fitness and more. In addition to personal training, Otstott provides clients with nutritional counseling.

Otstott’s desire to reach more people and help them reach their health and fitness goals led her to offer Virtual Personal Training. Included in this offering is three new 60-minute workouts every two months, nutritional guidance, recipes, healthy eating tips, weekly and monthly goal setting, accountability through food journaling and fitness monitoring, and weekly check-ins by email. Otstott offers all the benefits of her personal training to clients located anywhere around the world. Virtual training is also a great option for clients with busy schedules who can’t meet in person.
