In-Person Personal Training

Ever wish someone would just TELL you what to do to get stronger? To make sure the workout is effective, balanced, meeting your goals, not going to hurt you, etc? But tell you in a nice way, of course, because no one wants to be yelled at.

You’re in luck because that’s just what I do!

I offer in-person personal training at the GirlPower Fitness studio in southwest Austin, Texas.

Sessions are customized to your goals and clients walk away feeling stronger, healthier, with less pain, confident, and generally like a badass.

My specialties include, but are not limited to:

    • Post-natal fitness
    • Injury prevention through building strength
    • Balance improvement
    • Working with women seeking a more uplifting environment than a typical gym
