When you train with GirlPower Fitness, your sessions are customized to your goals.
Specialties include, but are not limited to:
- Post-natal fitness
- Injury prevention through building strength
- Balance improvement
- Working with women seeking a more nurturing environment than your typical gym
- Including mind-body fitness, like yoga and stretching, to show your body some love
In-person personal training is offered at the GirlPower Fitness studio located in Whitney’s home in southwest Austin, Texas.
Clients may choose 2x or 3x per week.
Personal training includes access to all recorded online fitness classes, recipes & meal plans, at no additional cost.
All clients training must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. You will be asked to sign a health statement prior to training.
