Hi, I’m Whitney, the owner of GirlPower Fitness.
My passion is to help women gain confidence, reach their goals, get healthier and stronger, and have fun doing it.
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1994, when I taught my first group fitness class (hello, step aerobics!). I’ve been doing this for a long time, have seen trends come and go, and I believe I’ve found the right combination for making fitness both effective and fun.
My mission is to help women change their lives for the better in a meaningful and sustainable way.
I hold a Group Fitness Certification from the American Council on Exercise, a Personal Trainer Certification from SCW Fitness, a Life Coach Certification from the Life Coach Training Institute and many specialty certifications, including Barre, Pilates, Nutrition, Post-Natal, and most recently, BollyX!
