4 cups chopped deli turkey
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped dried strawberries or cranberries
1/2 cup Primal Kitchen mayo
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Romaine lettuce for wrapping


Combine all ingredients (except the lettuce) in a mixing bowl.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours, best to refrigerate overnight.

Scoop turkey salad onto lettuce, roll up, and enjoy!
