- 1 small sweet potato, pre-baked*
- 1 scoop Gold Standard Whey Vanilla protein powder
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Flesh out sweet potato. In a small bowl, mash sweet potato with fork. Stir in protein powder until combined.
Layer in banana slices, raspberries, and blueberries. Top with additional desired toppings and dig in! You can enjoy this bowl warm or cold, your choice!
*Quickly bake your sweet potato by piercing several times with knife, wrapping in wet paper towel and microwaving approximately 3 minutes per side (may need more or less time on 2nd side based on size)
