In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground turkey until no longer pink.  This will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes, depending on whether you have an electric or gas stove. While the turkey is browning away, prepare your toppings.  I shredded my lettuce, chopped onions and peppers, and sliced tomatoes. Once the ground turkey is cooked through, add the taco seasoning and stir until well-combined. Compile your nachos in the following order: plantain chips, shredded lettuce, ground turkey, salsa, and guacamole
