- 3 slices of deli roasted chicken
- 1/2 large sweet potato
- 2 tbsp Guacamole
- 1 slice Pederson’s Natural Farms Bacon
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Season sweet potatoes and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Assemble your stack, layering all ingredients between two slices of roasted sweet potato.
