Fresh mint

Chunk of fresh ginger

3 T hemp seeds (xtra protein)

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup each: unsweetened almond milk and water
