GirlPower Fitness, located in southwest Austin, offers personal training just for women. GirlPower is the ONLY personal training studio you’ll find with such a wide variety of exercise options. Depending on your specific goals, needs and preferences, we can incorporate any of the following formats into your sessions:

We don’t take a “one size fits all” approach. We begin with a consultation where we learn specifically what you would like to accomplish, and then design a program just for YOU.
