Greek Chicken Salad

Servings: 8 servings


  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast*
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes, halved or quartered
  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen mayonnaise**
  • The juice from 1 lemon {about 2 Tbsp}
  • 1 Tbsp greek seasoning



Mix the mayo and greek seasoning until blended.

Combine the chicken celery and grapes in a large bowl.

Stir in mayo blend into mixture until incorporated evenly.

* In crockpot or Instant Pot, cook 3 chicken breasts with 1 cup of chicken broth, salt and pepper. Shred when done. Keep this on hand for making chicken salads through the week!
