Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast*
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grapes, halved or quartered
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen mayonnaise**
- The juice from 1 lemon {about 2 Tbsp}
- 1 Tbsp greek seasoning
Instructions
Mix the mayo and greek seasoning until blended.
Combine the chicken celery and grapes in a large bowl.
Stir in mayo blend into mixture until incorporated evenly.
* In crockpot or Instant Pot, cook 3 chicken breasts with 1 cup of chicken broth, salt and pepper. Shred when done. Keep this on hand for making chicken salads through the week!
