Hi! I’m Whitney, founder of GirlPower Fitness, created in 2015 to give women a different kind of fitness experience—one that’s supportive, personal, and empowering.
I know how hard it can be to find a routine that truly fits your life—not to mention how intimidating it feels to walk into crowded, impersonal gyms. Many of my clients are returning to exercise after years away (or starting for the first time), navigating postpartum recovery, managing health concerns, or just feeling a little unsure. My mission is to create a space—whether in-person or online—where women feel safe, seen, and supported while getting stronger, healthier, and more confident.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 1994 and hold a long list of certifications,* but what really matters is connection. When someone knows you care about them and believe in them, it sparks real, lasting change.
