Hi, I’m Whitney!

I founded GirlPower Fitness in 2015 to give women a different kind of fitness experience—one that’s supportive, personal, and actually works for real life. Today, I specialize in helping women over 40 who feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next when their body starts to change. Because at this stage of life, what used to work often doesn’t anymore—and that can feel confusing and discouraging.

Many of the women I work with are getting back into fitness after years away, juggling busy schedules, or simply tired of starting over. They want to lose weight, get stronger, and feel like themselves again—but need a clear, realistic plan to get there. That’s exactly what I help them do.

My approach focuses on strength training, simple nutrition, and consistency. Whether we’re working together in-person in Austin or through online coaching, my goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and in control of your body again.

I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1994 and hold a long list of certifications,* but what matters most is connection. When you feel supported and understood, everything changes—and that’s when real, lasting results happen. I truly believe that investing in your health creates a ripple effect into every part of your life—your energy, your confidence, your mindset, and beyond.
