GirlPower Fitness is a unique personal training studio that offers a multitude of fitness formats, including bootcamp, suspension training, strength, Pilates, yoga, barre, pre- and post-natal fitness and more. In addition to personal training, Otstott provides clients with nutritional counseling.

Included in this offering is three new 60-minute workouts every two months, nutritional guidance, recipes, healthy eating tips, weekly and monthly goal setting, accountability through food journaling and fitness monitoring, and weekly check-ins by email. Otstott offers all the benefits of her personal training to clients located anywhere around the world. Virtual training is also a great option for clients with busy schedules who can’t meet in person.
