Barre: Barre takes its cues from ballet but no dance experience is required for this low-impact but challenging workout. This total body class provides a head-to-toe workout that mixes grace and strength, and also gets your heart pumping with cardio bursts.
BollyX: BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world.
Boot Camp: This class is about improving your strength and stamina through a challenging workout. Class includes sports drills, weights, balance training, circuits, interval training and more. Modifications provided for all levels.
Cardio Dance: Dance your way to fitness! This dance-based cardio class incorporates a wide variety of medium- and low-impact, easy-to-follow aerobic dance moves to a variety of high-energy beats. No dance experience necessary!
Girls Who Lift: This class is focused on getting stronger and building muscle. This class does not have a cardio element. We’ll use weights that you have at home as well as body-weight exercises.
Kick & HIIT: This class combines kickboxing with a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. As we throw jabs, hooks and powerful kicks, we’ll also be taking our heart rate up into an anaerobic zone, followed by a lower-intensity track. This method provides maximum calorie burn and cardio fitness!
Pilates: A conditioning fitness class that focuses strengthening your core along with body alignment and breathing. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups: abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and glutes.
Pilates/Barre Fusion: Combining two of our most popular formats, you get the best of both worlds. This is great for a low-impact, total body workout.
PiYo: PiYo is a mix of Pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility.
Step Aerobics: This class features high-energy choreography that will definitely get your heart rate up. You’ll need to have a step at home to participate in this class.
Ultimate Mashup: There’s something for everyone! This class combines Kickboxing, standing Pilates work and Cardio Dance in a super fun, high-energy interval workout.
